Order Processing
We're closed on weekends and major holidays. All orders received on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday will begin processing the following Monday.
Orders placed before 2pm on business days receive same-day shipping. All other orders may take up to 24 hours to ship.
Domestic Shipping
Standard Shipping
Orders may take up to 2 full business days to be processed, picked, and packed before the product is shipped (orders usually ship same or next day). Please allow 7 to 10 business days for your order to arrive. Orders ship via the United States Postal Service 2-3 Day Priority Mail.
Shipping Within the Continental United States
Orders shipped within the Continental United States have a flat fee of $5.00 and are shipped via United States Postal Service Priority Mail. This policy is subject to change.
Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii
Orders traveling to Alaska and Hawaii will be shipped via United States Postal Service Priority Mail. Standard mail rates apply for all orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii.
Shipping Notice
Due to state regulations, Be Relieved Balm is currently not available for shipment to the following states:
- Wyoming
- Idaho
- Colorado
If your shipping address is located in one of these states, this product cannot be processed or delivered.
International Shipping
